에코크레이션은 열분해 기술을 이용해 폐비닐이나 폐플라스틱을 청정재생유로 전환할 수 있는 첨단 설비를 개발한 공로를 인정받아 수상의 영예를 안았다. 기존 소각 방식이 아닌 저온 열분해 시스템을 통해 생활폐기물을 오일로 변환시키는 기술을 상용화해 받은 성과다.

에코크레이션 신사옥 준공식 폐비닐 리사이클링 사업 속도
㈜에코크레이션은 환경 R&D 지원을 통해 개발된 폐플라스틱 열분해 기술이 최근 열분해 분야에서 국내 처음으로 환경신기술과 혁신제품 인증을 취득했다. 해당 기술은 환경부가 지원한 환경기술개발사업의 ‘저염소 청정재생유 생산을 위한 촉매와 품질개선 기술 기반 실증플랜트 건설’ 연구개발 과제로 개발된 기술이다.
